I started working for this company on 3/15/10.  I have worked for the company for less than 90 days and already have had 6 paychecks that are incorrect.  I work on the Verizon Wireless project and one of the conditions to get paid the commission is to work at least 37 hours a week.  I work more than 37 hours a week but somehow every week when the payroll department adds up my hours they always short me a minute or two and then I don't get paid my commission.  Since I work in a call center I am required to log on and off of a phone for everything I do.  When I go on break I log off, when I go to lunch I log off.  All my time is tracked by the phones and we receive daily reports showing the hours we were on the phones and how many sales we had and they still cannot pay their employees correctly.  For the past five weeks I have been trying to get them to correct my paychecks.  I am told I have to talk to Robin who tells me to talk to John Turner who sends me back to Robin and then Robin sends me to talk to Penny who sends me to talk to John Turner.  I fill out the payroll discrepancy form that I am given and nothing is ever done. This company is a joke.  They are always breaking the law.  Since TMC has not paid me for the past five weeks I am unable to pay my rent and my landlord finally evicted me.  I have been telling the landlord for the past five week that TMC has not paid me and I am waiting for the correction to be made but it never happened.  TMC has this rule that if you don't make your hours they withhold your paycheck and when I explained to Penny who is suppossed to be an HR representative that i was going to get evicted because of TMC's errors she said it was not her problem.  I disagreed and told her I wanted to consult an attorney and she told me to go home.  She closed the door to the call center and locked it so I couldn't get back in.  I walked around to the back of the building and went back in the building through the back door and when she saw me she told me to go home and I told her no I was not going home.  If she wanted to fire me she would have to fire me legally.  Everything else is done illegally around there.  I filed a complaint with the labor board.
