Townecraft Inc. Randy Bridges Dealer Lie about a Product, fraudulant Internet

Me and my fiance went to a Town Craft Party and really enjoyed the show. We where very impressed with the product. My fiance suffers from allergies so when the salesman ran the Air Town Craft Systems he was able to breath a little. I am still not sure why the products worked for the salesperson. It may have been my sister small kitchen. His nose may have cleared at that time because of my sisters air condition but any right we thought it was the product. We did purchase the Town Craft air system ran the product over night just like the directions said and the product did not work for my finance. He still had a hard time sleeping and breathing. We actually moved the product to the bedroom and he woke up sneezing, runny nose, and starting snoring. The salesperson claimed that this product would actually stop these problems. The small area was not the solution.

I asked the salesperson if we could return the product if it did not work for my fiance and the salesperson said yes. Now that we are trying to return the product he is saying read the credit agreement, the company has a no return policy. The company is actually saying we have no rights.

We also got the Town Craft skillet and I tried cooking an omelet in it with no butter or oil and the egg stuck and burned. The salesperson claimed you could fry an egg in it and it would not stick. The skillet is suppose to be free with the air system. This product did not do what he claimed it would do ether.
