On 7-24-2015 at 3:59 p.m., I sent Randy Bridges a text that I had received a threatening letter from Townecraft about the air filter replacement. I sent a text to Randy Bridges stating that the warranty had been revoked due to not buying a replacement air filter. He called at 7-24-2015 around 4:02 p.m. and he told me that the company was not supposed to send out the letters about air filters to his customers. I told him that I did not appreciate the threatening letter and that if he could send the filter I would send him a check. He told me that he would send the filter. Then on 8-5-2015 at 7:16 p.m. I sent Randy Bridges another text asking about the filter and if he has shipped it as I had not received it in the mail. On 8-7-2015 8:56 p.m., I sent another text to Randy Bridges again requesting an air filter to be shipped. On 8-12-2015 at 3:56 p.m., I called Randy Bridges and left a message about not having received the air filter and to ship as I had the money and would send him a check as soon as I received the filter. On 8-12-2015 at 3:58 p.m., I sent Randy Bridges another text saying I had just called and left a message about still requesting a filter to be sent. told him I had called and left a message. On 8-14-2015 at 6:48 p.m., Al, my husband, sent Randy Bridges at text asking why we had not gotten a filter. On 8-17-2015 at4:25 p.m., Al, my husband, sent Randy Bridges another text and stated that being ignored was not good and that an air filter still had not arrived. I wish I had never purchased this air machine ($2500) and caution all about purchasing one from Randy bridges.
