I placed an order for a Sonic the Hedgehog figure on April 8, 2005. My credit card was charged on April 11 for $38.51. After waiting the ten days promised on the web site, I began to send emails asking where my order was and to have someone from Toyglobe contact me. They never did.

It has now been over a month, and I still have not recieved my order. I cannot track the number they gave me for UPS tracking either. I finally found a number for this company and will be calling them today. If they won't help me, my bank advised me to call the Canadian authorities to report this company as fraudulent, and also to contact the FBI in Washington D.C. since they have an office extension in New York.

Please, if you know of someone who is considering ordering from this business... don't let them do it! From the number of complaints here, it's obvious they are ripping people off and are extremely unreliable.
