TP Supply Incorporated Patricia N*** ripoff, office supply scam, misrepresentation Fort Mojave Arizona

In May 2006, Patricia Nelson solicited our company with an unbelievable office supply deal. She said TP Supply was going out of business and wanted to get rid of their stock at cost. After comparing prices, we ordered a few items.

Once we received the items, we realized that those few units had been upgraded to a huge bulk quantity! We tried to reach Patricia but the telephone number only allowed us to leave a message. When we finally got a call back, we were promised an invoice as soon as possible.

That $6,564.09 invoice/agreement came a month later (June 2006) with the condition that said, "Returns/RMA's within 7 days". We tried that telephone number to no avail. When Patricia finally returned our call and when we told her that her product cost too much so she said she would take off 50% and promised to send the corrected invoice. We never signed anything.

July 2006, the new "corrected" invoice for $3100 dollars arrived and we immediately called Patricia but could only leave a voicemail message. We explained that we didn't want the office supplies, could not afford it and wanted to return the items. She threatened they would refuse the shipment and refer us to collections for the original amount of $6,564.09.

TP Supply is trying to coerce our organization and force us into paying for items we don't want. Patricia N*** ((( ROR REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) seemed very persuasive and is skilled in verbal strong arm tactics but our organization will not give in to these predators.
