After working there for 5 1/2 months I notified them that I was going to either quit or transfer to another department on my 6th month. I was attacked verbally evereal times and completely lied on. I fired several complaints with HR they did a so called investigation. But did nothing. I was being punished for even reporting it. I was called into a conference with two managers and another employee that hated my guts. SInce I was a top sales person there was resentment. I was attached for about 20 minutes and management let her do it. When I tried to defend myself I was fired and she wasnt. I am in the process of seaking legal council. Don't let this happen to you. Since I stayed to myself and didnt want people cursing at me or throwing footballs at me. I apparently was the problem. Dominion namely Homes.com is full of friends and if you are not it they will get you out.
