I ordered 2 wall vases on 9/2/2011 and my credit card was charged immediatly after the order was submitted through moneybookers.com. After 2 weeks of no order I started e-mailing the company. I did get responses from someone named Alex that it was on back order and would ship 9/26. It is now 10/10 and still no vases or refund. Now, no one is responding to my e-mails or voicemails. This place is a fraud, I'm disputing the charge with my credit company.
