I was contacted by a women claiming she worked for Trans Global. She siad they give credit to people trying to rebuild their credit. She stated they charge a $199 fee because they charge no annual fees. Once received they will send out two card $2500 each. Then you never receive anything in the mail, and don't bother calling because they don't answer or return your calls.
