I had heard radio commercials for the Transforming Debt into Wealth System for months, so finally I decided to check it out online. I downloaded John Cummuta's taped lectures, and was very impressed. I later talked to someone from the organization on the phone, who told me that he would have to see if I could be "accepted" into the more personal, intensive financial counseling program. No surprise. I was accepted and scheduled for an hour-long phone session with a coach, advisor. can't quite remember his title. He had lots of great advice. no arguments there.

But then we got into discussing how much it would cost to participate in the program, which would give me one-on-one direction over many months. I was SHOCKED when I was given the price schedule. literally THOUSANDS of dollars to sign up! No paying in pieces either.

After an hour spent telling me how evil credit cards are (no argument there) the advisor didn't BAT AN EYE when I told him I would have to virtually MAX OUT every card I had to sign up. That seemed like a good solution to him, it seemed, which made me think twice about this program. I told him so!

My parting comment: "I find it ironic that you say that there are very few reasons why you should ever use a credit card, but in this case you are asking me to max mine out! What a shame. the very people who need your help are locked out because the program costs thousands of dollars to join."

Just a word of warning. listen to the downloadable programs, but don't waste your time with the lengthy calls.
