I rec'd a court order to appear in court for a delinquent loan from S.O.S. Loans. No problem! I was in financial trouble at the time and was prepared to go to court. Two weeks before my court date I rec'd an email from Transit Capital stating that if I paid them $1,000 in 6 payments, that would take care of the loan to S.O.S. AND I would not have to go to court. Sounded good so I gave them my banking information. First month comes and they take the money out of my account. However, THEN I receive from the Courts a garnishment for my wages because I wasn't at court that day. After searching the internet for this Transit Capital (Not the Transit Capital involved in transportation), I could not find anything on them! I have issued a stop payment on any further payments to them. I have contacted the Attorney for S.O.S. and they are willing to help me out a little.
I guess that old saying is true, if it's too good to be true.
