Transnational Bankcard misrepresents terminal credit card leasing Chicago Illinois

Transnational Bank card solicited my new company for a credit card terminal. They misrepresented the lease and the whole deal. they told me that if it didn't work out then they could find someone to take over the lease.
it didn't work for me. I only used it 4 times in 11 months. When I called to cancel they told me that it would cost over $200. and I would have to find someone my self to take over the lease. I live in a small rural community and there is not a soul that could take it over. They didn't tell me that the leasing co. would charge me over $1,000. to end the lease. I am totally ripped off. I sent the terminal back to them and have confirmation that it was delivered. I am not sure what is going to happen next. Don't trust them, they lie. They told me it would cost 39.95/mo., but I have had money taken out of my account that was not authorized from co's I don't know. They are working with Northern leasing. Look them up, they are trouble too.....
