I opened up an account with TransNational Bankcard in 2009 to process credit cards for my small business.  I closed the business in 2011, and subsequently had a balance on my TransNaitonal account due to a chargeback.  I entered into a payment arrangement with Troy Lober to pay off the approximately $2600 in charges.  In addition, I wrote to Ira Coleman that my account was to be closed on January 3rd, 2011.  He finally got me over cancellation forms, after 2 more subsequent emails attempting to cancel, 10 days later on January 13th, 2011. I signed and faxed over my cancellation.

My last payment for the chargeback was received on July 27th, 2011 in the amount of $646.69.  This was to be the last piece of business with TNBC.  The payment was cashed from my personal account and paid to TransNational.  Proof of this was obtained from my Chase Bank on March 13th, 2014.

In the meantime, I have gotten two requests from TNBC to pay off an account in the amount of $1939.84, the second of which is dated 2/25/14.  I emailed Troy and pulled up the previous correspondence of the cancellation of my account, and also the payment schedule for the chargeback.  He emailed me back and said that the amount was wrong, but in fact I did have a balance on my account of $646.69 as they did not receive my final payment.  I, of course, emailed him my documentation of this last payment being cashed from Chase Bank.  This email was sent on March 13, 2014.

It is to my knowledge that TNBC has kept my account open against my will for over 3 years from my written documentation of cancelling the account.  In addition, they show a $1939.84 balance on my account of which has been accrued with fraudulent charges.  After two email attempts trying to resolve the matter with Troy Lober - VP of Risk at TransNational BankCard, he has been nonresponsive.
