I reserved a room with Travel lodge in March online. I did not recieve an e-mail or phone call from them. I called them on the 20th of April to confirm my reservation and they could not confirm and did not confirm. They charged my account for this room anyway. No deposit was ever taken from my account, just the whole amount of 43.97 5 days later. When contacted about this dispute they said that they did confirm but I have no e-mail or phone call for confirmation. I would like to see these people refund my money. They need to change thier practices so this does not happen to anyone else.
