The company freudulenly misrepresented the agreement we entered into and refuses to send my $1738.05. They are a disgrace.

As owner of the company in question, I will simply state for the record that the only mediation that our company entertained with Mr. B was through Broward County Civil Court. Mr. B struck an agreement through mediation, and failed to live up to his end of the agreement. When he insisted on going back to court a second time the judge through his claim out, chastised him and flatly stated that he did not want him back in his courtroom again.
In his anger, Mr B. stated that he would continue to attempt to damage our company's reputation through blogs like this on as many websites as he could think of. The facts speak very clearly in this case and in no way should be interpreted as our company's desire to conduct our business unethically or without complete regard for our member's interests.

We went to mediation. They lied over and over again to the mediator. When I agreed to a far less dollar amount to just get over this they agreed and then didn't live up to the agreement. Why did I think they would change their freudulant ways.

My name is James Parry, President & Co-Owner of Travel Partners USA, L.L.C.. My member-based travel club is presently in it's 5th year of service & operations, with more than 3,000 lifetime members. We are members of the Southeast Florida Better Business Bureau, and enjoy a "good rating".
The anonymous party, Alan B., that filed this report is neither a guest, nor member of our travel club. Instead he is a disgruntled, commission-based salesperson, who worked for our firm less than 2 months. His criticism of our company stems from our refusal to pay him sales commissions for new memberships which we obtained in his final days of employment. In his complaint, Mr. B refers to "the company's fraudulent misrepresentation of the agreement"... no such agreement existed.
Mr. B., the complainant, walked off the job with absolutely no notice, and notified his supervisor via a cell phone text message that he would not be returning to the office. Mr. B.'s supervisor, immediately notified Mr. B., that it was imperative that he provide a reasonable notice period (2 weeks), and provide essential services to his new client members in order to receive commission payouts. Our company policy is to reassign new accounts to existing staff for service and customer support, when these unusual circumstances occur. We consider Mr. B.'s conduct & this act, job abandonment and completely unacceptable standards of conduct in our work setting.
Upon leaving our employ, Mr. B., immediately began working for a travel club competitor, located within 15 miles of our firm. He also threatened to contact every member he had sold and criticize our company for the purpose of damaging our reputation and potentially suggest they cancel their membership. Under these circumstances, I have no alternative but to question Mr. B.'s motives and actions.
Our member's needs and customer support will always come first. This is deeply ingrained in our corporate culture & professional standards expected of all employees working in our firm.
It is my sincere hope & desire that any readers, of this complaint and my rebuttal, will give careful thought and consideration to these facts, as outlined, and look to credible sources of information in deciding whether to become members of our travel club and /or consider working in our company. I would be pleased to address this matter in further detail, should the need arise.
