This complainant is the same disgruntled, ex-employee who filed his complaint on this website on 5/11/2008. Please see my rebuttal to the original entry dated 5/11/2008 for further details and explanation.

In response to Mr. B.'s continued efforts to discredit my company and do harm to our membership, I offer the following information for the readers thoughtful consideration.

Upon not receiving sales commissions which he felt he was entitled to, Mr. B. filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Department of Labor and the Broward County Civil Court System. In each case our company responded to the accusations and charges appropriately and faced our accuser in court sponsored mediation. Mr. B.'s complaints/appeals resulted in absolutely no relief or findings of wrong-doing against our company with any of these organizations. in short, Mr. B. was unsuccessful in convincing any of these organizations that he was entitled to any compensation or other form of relief.

This should provide any reader with a sense of the type of organization that we represent. Our members will always be our first priority and we will always strive to conduct ourselves with the highest standards of sound business practice. This will always be our goal, whether pertaining to our member clients or our workforce staff.
