Travelscape Did not book hotel rooms in Hong Kong, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel travelnow.com

I booked 4 hotel rooms at te Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong on February 23, 2015.  I called the hotel this morning, February 23, 2015 to confirm that the reservations were made.  The person at the reception desk responded that there were NO RESERVATIONS MADE.  I charged two different M.C. to reserve the rooms.

I tried to find the phone number of Travelscape and there is no listing for them.  I only have an e-mail reply@travelnow.com.  I sent an e-mail to cancel the hotel reservations.

I had to make reservations thru another travel agent.  They have been confirmed now at the hotel.
