Travis Weldon Aerotek Bad interview, lying, & discriminating Internet

After a hour long drive to this interview, my husband is met by a younger man at Aerotek.  My husband does have tattoos and he tells employers from the start he used to own a shop & has visible tattoos on his face.  Either he's told by phone no or some of the more fair employers state it is discrimination and they actually do not care, so long as you do your job.  Weldon outwardly says they normally don't hire people with tattoos and even tried to lie in saying they had no job positions.  Let's be real, Aerotek has quite a few bad reviews online and you always see that they're hiring in certain locations.  Right now, I see they have a lot in the Illinois region.  Also, I've had a couple friends who were tattooed to their knuckles still get jobs through aerotek.  My husband works hard & learns fast but he can't get hired with them but they've hired others who actually call in incessantly and have no regard for their place of employment. I guess that is the work ethic they seek.  Give second and third chances to people with shorter work histories rather than the guy who has a solid work history of learning things at every job and only not with the job because the place closed or was laid off because of our economy.
