Please do not use this company they are a complete ripp off and scam artists !! Do not be fooled by their website and Instagram posts. They are rude, unprofessional, they have horrible customer service and ridiculous turnaround times. I made an appointment with them two months ago and still have not received by wig, eventhough I payed the extra fee for the rush service !!!
When I contacted customer service in a polite tone. The customer service rep was rude, beligerent and unprofessional. Can you believe it? she was actually angry that I asked for an update. By the end of this horrible fiasco, my order and measurements were mixed up with another clients? My credit card was charged and worst of all after waiting what seemed like forever!! I never received my wig !!! Please don't waste your time and money with this Ripp Off company!!!! You will definately regret it !!!!

I’ve never had a customer with this name/description nor would I ever accept payment and not send the product. Please post an attachment showing your order confirmation with the date, amount and order type so that we can see exactly what is being alleged. I would also welcome screenshots of actual email correspondence to corroborate your statements. You’ve not made mention of filing a PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback. If what you claim is true I’m sure you can post proof of that process either being initiated or resolved in your favor. Until proof of the above is provided I will stand by my statement that this claim is baseless and was made with the intent to maliciously harm my business’ reputation.
