Tread Depot WWW.TREADDEPOT.COM Returned Tires Under Warranty: Never Received Refund. Ellenwood Georgia

I setup a Warranty Return with Tread Depot: shipped tires TreadDepot pre-paid shipping via UPS back to TreadDepot: 2832 Anvil Block Road, Ellenwood GA 30294-2301 and never received refund of $508.11. 

I paid for the replacement warranty through TreadDepot: they used a third party company who denied the warranty initially, but when I had a Cooper Dealer verify the tires were bad they stopped communicating.  Andrew Wood at Tread Depot setup the return and I have never received my refund.  Cooper Tire refused to warranty the tires and said Tread Depot was responsible: all I initially wanted was replacements, but they would not comply and violated my warranty. 

I have all the evidence and filed a report with Federal Trade Commission: Reference #83630054.  Website went down and they stopped responding to calls and e-mails. Very criminal in my opinion.
