Treehouse Marketing ripoff deceptive company Provo Utah

I was contacted by Treehouse Marketing regarding and inquiry I made over the internet regarding weight loss patches and agreed to buy a tial supply for $26.95, 15 day supply. I was instead sent a 90 day supply and three months later charged an additional $229.00 plus NSF fees this incurred due to this unauthorized withdrawal from my account. I had never even opened the package to see what was in it, just put it aside.

I immediately called the company and was told I would not be receiving a refund because it was past the 30 day money back guarantee. I asked them to produce the tape of my conversation authorizing this charge, which is the only way it is legal to do this, and surprisingly, they were unable to do so. They instructed me to return the product and I would receive a full refund. We will see!
