Call your credit card company and ask to be connected with the Fraud Department. Fill out a report with them. They should be the most help in finding a solution to your problem and/or closing this company down. Remind them that they do business under Treehouse Marketing, TMG International, and possibly Turley Thompson. My bank has also found that they do business in a couple of other countries. Quite a little program they've got going on here!
Call 1-800VISA911 and ask to submit a Scam Alert form with a representative over the phone. They will then issue the report to the head VISA office in California for investigation. Or, do the same with whichever credit card you used, such as Mastercard, etc.
Contact your Attorney General's office under a search for your particular state, such as State of Texas. This will lead you to the Attorney General's office for your state. They will direct you to the form you need to submit. Most of these forms are surprisingly easy to fill out, so don't get discouraged.
Also file a complaint with The State of Utah Department of Commerce-Division of Consumer Protection. The Utah form can be easily downloaded by going to www.dcp.utah.gov.
The more people that follow through with this, the more effective the results will be.
Submit other suggestions here and also keep us updated on your results. Good Luck!

#4 Consumer Comment
What rock have you been living under, Stephanie???

Stephanie...I've heard one too many comments on "responsibility" from some of you employees/ex-exployees of this rip off company.
All your comments do is convince me that you too have been a victim of this company and its owners. I'm sure you mean well, but you've obviously been either brainwashed or lied to by this company. I can see it now...the owners telling all you employees over and over again that WE CONSUMERS are the problem...just a bunch of low life, irresponsible bums/scum who cannot listen to or follow simple instructions. Otherwise, I don't think that many of you would stay with a company like this.
So...consider this, Stephanie. I AM NOT a low life, irresponsible bum/scum and I DID listen to, as well as write down all the details of the offer to keep for later reference, and I DID follow all the rules of returning the product. Your former company acknowledged my efforts, apologized for my inconvenience, and promised my prompt refund. Well, guess what? It has been many months and I've heard one excuse after another as to why my refund was being delayed...NONE of which were my problem.
I order many things online and over the phone. NEVER have I had this kind of problem before, and hopefully I will never have it again. I realize there are some companies out there who choose to do unethical business and YOU, Stephanie, have been conned just as much as the rest of us if you honestly believe that this company is anything but a complete and total rip off.

a bunch of crock

What all of you guys are saying about the company not paying you back. Well that is a bunch of crock cause we tell you 2-3 times on the phone that if you get the trial offer then you have 37 days from the day of shipping to send your product back or we will then have to charge your credit card $199.95. If you buy the product from the company itself all $209.95. Then you still have 30 days to send the product back. Maybe people should try to be a little more reponsible.
