I purchased a new computor and Trend micro for security.  This was done 1/27/2010.

Sent in orginial sales slip w/date and list of items purchased(have since gotten a copy which you cannot use for rebate)and the UPC code from box.. Was suppose to get $40 rebate if purchased between  Aug 1, 2009 and Dec 31,2010, which was in the required time.

Got a card back saying missing purchased date,secuirity missing UPC code, and proof of purchase, and invalid postmark for promotion.

Trend Micro They charge your credit card for renewals even after being notified not to renew. To cancel you have to talk to hajib in india, and he wants to get in to your computer to cean up any problems. I did NOT HAVE computer problems I had a billing idiot problem with Trend Micro, which was confusing to hajid,. Cupertino California

Dell - Trend Micro Dell preinstalled Trend Micro 12 on my computer and made it so I can uninstall it or remove it from my computer without paying them money to do it for me. Trend Micro has been informed my computer is a dell and the anitvirus program was preinstalled at the factory.
