After many attempts to remove the program unsucessfully I called tech dupport and once they realized I was not buying the product they denied me the service to remove the software and made it harder to remove it. It took a call to my other internet protection services Norton to remove it via remote assitance.

I found this way of doing business discusting and should nOT be allowed. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO PREINSTALL ON YOUR COMPUTER. DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCTS. IF THE SERVICE SUCKS IM SURE THE PRODUCT DOES AS WELL. tHE ARE DECIETFUL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.
