I purchased bundles and closure from this establishment on August 6, 2016. The company stated that they would take 3 business days to process and 5-7! business days to ship. I have not received any update or shipment information to date. When I first emailed, on August 15th, I received an automated response but I emailed since then and called with no response. I would like my $261.25 refunded because if you do not stand by your stated policy give the customer a full refund. To be a service based company and have poor customer service is deplorable and shameful. I can never recommend them because I have not received their products not reasonable customer service.

I purchased my hair on 8/2/2016./It is 8/24/2016 right now and i have still yet to get a response from the company .i have tried emailing them as well calling them and no one responds back.When i go to my account it shows as Unfufilled still.I am convienced that this company is a Rip off and i just cant believe i spent $327.75 on this d**n company and on top of all of this i just call my prepaid card and they keep telling me to contact tress obsession company, which i have already explained that they wont contact me back.Also Stripe which is the processing center for this company Tress obsession processes the payments is telling me to contact Tress Obsession and informed me that they will not be able to do anything themselves although they are the ones who charged the card.
