MY name is charles i am a employee of tri f logistics.Iam contracted out of conagra foods in oakdale.My job is a yard hostler.rick freund who is the boss of tri f logistics works us to the bone.An does not pay overtime .When tomato season hits we work 7 days a week .i have about 200 hours of overtime an i asked why dont the yard hostlers get paid overtime his answer is that they bill CONAGRA FOODS FOR THERE EMPLOYEES WHO CONTRACT FOR THEM AN HIS ANSWER IS THAT CONAGRA REFUSES TO PAY THE OVERTIME TO TRI F.

I did some research an rick from tri f logistics have alredy been under investigation for same thing.the reson why i am using my first name is because i dont want to lose my job.But be aware of doing business with TRI F LOGISTICS.RICK FREUND WHO IS THE OWNER EXPECTS HIS WORKERS TO WORK HARD AN NOT GET PAIS OVERTIME HE IS BLAMING CONAGRA FOODS FOR THEM NOT PAYING TRI F THE OVERTIME FOR THERE EMPLOYEES TRI F NEEDS TO BE STOPPED RIPPING OFF THERE OWN EMPLOYEES..
