If you konw more than she does about the financial aspect of her chosen field, she will dehumanize you in front of your superiors ( as well as hers) to make herself look good and you look bad.  She is completely incompetent in her field and micromanages others who understand the nature of the business but she is threatened because you may know more than she does so she (as a manager) makes your life hell (as a "subordinate").  She will lie about your character, lie about your work ethic, and lie about your daily activities to promote her own "status" with the company.  The company will protect her because she is "management" and you are not...even though you may be results oriented and she is task oriented.  Duh!  She crucifies herself by insulting those who may know more than she knows.  She will belittle you to no end for having a brain!
