on dec 26th 2013 i had a salesman bill nastri represent trinity solar for a system at my home. in good faith i gave a $1000.cash deposit to him for a second review with a engineer mike to come out and see the location for panels on the ground. after mike showed up and determined the location i wanted would not give me a complete service with panels. i immediately let the company receive a signed letter within 3 busiiness days to cancel. i have spoken to individuals at trinity and the salesman bill nastri several times. no check in the mail. bill nastri phone is 504 723 2139. he tells me it will be taken care of. this is very poor business and if you read other trinity reviews they do this to many people. please proceed with the proper thing to do to get my $$$$ back.

i finally received my check from trinity thanks to bill nastri's persistance. still 7 weeks a long time. i did like what they offer .it just didn't work on my property. i have no other complaints and would still recommend trinity.
