Gave $2700 to Troy Scott on April 16, 2010 to buy a demo electric motorcycle to be used for sales of E-cycles products. Mr. Scott never ordered the product and never returned the money to me. Mr. Scott made numerous statements by phone and email that the money would be returned, but never followed through.

Mr. Herndon was the Chief Sales Officer who I reported to and he also knew the product was never ordered and mentioned that the money would be returned to me. Kukethus Scott, Troy's wife, also knew of the situation, but sat on the side and did nothing.

Mr. Scott used the $2700 for something other than what it was intended for so I consider it stolen. He even created 2 websites for his businesses and had people working for the company after I gave him the money.

I filed a case against Mr. Scott in civil court and he used our contract to get out of civil court and move the case to arbitration. In the arbitration case I was given an award against the company but not against Mr. Scott. Mr. Scott has since taken down the websites and says he is no longer doing business. He also told me in July of 2011 that he will return the money to me and that he was looking for a job. I think it was just more lies to add to the previous ones because since then he has not contacted me by phone or email regarding the money.
