I received a notice by mail from a collection agency (TATE & KIRLIN ASSOCIATES,INC.)dated 03/01/17 (Account 32012225) notifying me that I owed $179.97. I didn’t recognize the name of the creditor – TRS Limited-. I called the collection agency (Tate & Kirland) and explained that it was fraudulent and they told me that I need to reply in writing within 30 days that the charges do not belong to me if I want to dispute them....

Then i was surprised with another notice but this time by e-mail and from another collection agency (BERMAN & RABIN,P.A.) dated 03/09/17 (File No 1895873) notifying me that I owed $189.94.

I have never received a bill or notice from this company requesting payment. Nor, have any charges shown up on any credit cards or bank accounts
Please investigate and let me know what to do ?

NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS, INC. June 27, 2021 Segalit K. Siegel 1626 Thayer Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90024-6009 To Whom It May Concern, I received two (2) statements that were dated as of June 18, 2021 from your company, National Medical Administrations, Inc., which I have never heard of before and have never had any business transactions before as well, was served a Creditor's Warning letter, when I did not receive a single or follow-up statement/s to begin with. The first letter dated June 18th, claimed that TRS LIMITED-LIFE CBD, is a company that I have never heard of before and therefore had no business transactions whatsoever, claimed that I owed $119.97. The Creditor Acct # is 1488579. My Reference # is 1518354. Interestingly enough, I received a Second Debt Collector's letter without receiving any prior statements from National Medical Administrators. The reference # is 1515224 from Creditor TRS Limited-Cogni Lift, the Account # is 1488579 for the amount of $159.97, which approximately totals to $280.00 without the cost of tax plus shipping and handling. I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau, the California Labor Board and the California Bar Association. I have done research on your company and you are a fraudulent outfit located in West Los Angeles and not in Norcross, GA. I may be 60 years old but I have an advanced degree as does my husband and you have caused me unnecessary duress and I am thinking of taking you to the Small Claims Court for Harassment. This was a trial order which was free and I was told that I would only be charged if I ordered more....which I did not. I was told by National Medical Administrators, Inc. that I had 30 days to respond to their notice. This is a completely false charge. I intend to notify this company that this is an unfounded charge.
