Received two requests for debt collection on checks i supposedlywrote to jc penneycatalog. The checks did not have my actual account number on therm and the wrong phone number. My signature was forged. I have not purchased anything from jc penney catalog. They wanted me to remit 2 separate payments of over $150.00 each.
