So my name is Steve. I am a 1 man owner operator just trying to raise a family and put food on the table. I had an older truck that the motor blew and needed a truck rite away. I looked up used trucks and saw truck mart . Dedicated to owner operator success . They claim the trucks are completely gone through, road ready . They said if there are issues with the dpf pr it's more then 50% clogged they clean or replace. So I drive 5 hours and pick out my truck that was already gone through and inspected. I had some money saved so I put down 10k. They told me they would split the warrenty. They would buy the engine, tranny and I wanted more so I purchased the additional components warrenty.

Total of around 4k . So I went on my way feeling good and putting trust into these companies. Week 1 , tank doesn't equalize . Needed a new valve And some recalls . 1000$ . Stuff happens lets move on. Week after that che k engine and dpf flashing. Filter completely clogged , sent to get cleaned. Was told filter was way too far gone and had to replace the dpf system including a dozer valve .4000$ . 2 weeks after that dpf light again. Told the exhaust manifold is leaking , doc is faced plugged and turbo pressure sensor is bad. 5500$. So you guessed it premium 2000 didnt cover any of it !! And either did truck mart.

It's really sad how scummy people are when asked to honor there word and or product after you've signed. Now the other issue . When I bought the truck from truck mart they said they were purchasing the other warrenty and I was buying the other. Even tho I was charged they never purchased the components warrenty !! I spoke to premium about my concerns and that I wanted a refund because I'm out of money and they were extremely rude to me and would not give me a refund. I'm writing this in Hope's this will protect someone else . I used to read reviews and didnt always believe it because someone will always complain but it unfortunately happened to me and I am in jeopardy of losing alot . Thanks . Steve
