True Credit .com / Trans Union Credit Bureau Deceptive Trade Pratices by TrueCredit.com ,TransUnion Nationwide

I purchased credit monitoring services from TrueCredit.com some time ago and had noticed that the credit scores they reported from Equifax and Experian credit bureau's were not consistent with the credit scores reported directly on Equifax and Experian. Every time I compared the credit scores reported on TrueCredit.com to the direct credit scores reported on Equifax and Experian I noticed a distinct pattern that became common issue. The credit scores reported by TrueCredit.com appeared to be OLD credit reports from previous months which had a negative effect on my credit score reported.

I contacted TrueCredit.com numerous times in an attempt to address this concern but each and every time, with out exception, I received the same response, "We report the credit information that the reporting agency provides to us", which apparently is OLD information based on the credit score report provided directly by Equifax and Experian. I requested to speak to a supervisor each time and was transferred to another customer service representative who WOULD NOT provide their official title, which clearly means that they were not a supervisor at all! I then asked for a number to Trans Union corporate office and the CSR's refused to provide this information stating that company policy prevented them from doing so.

Finally, I said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and requested that my membership be cancelled and not renewed. I asked the CSR to email confirmation of this membership termination to me and again the CSR refused to do so stating the same reason, company policy prevented them from doing so.

BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH TrueCredit.com or Transition. Equifax and Experian both offer credit monitoring services at a lower cost and they are much more concerned with maintaining membership to their respective credit monitoring services. End result is that you will not get RIPPED OFF and your frustration and cost will be significantly lower!
