True Dental Discounts Rip Off Florida Internet

I signed up last year thinking this was a legit dental discount company, but there were no dental practices I visited who even knew who or what this company was. I completely forgot about this membership and then they sent me a renewal notice where they automatically charged me for the year. I understand I should have attended to this matter right away. However, their customer service department wouldn't even give me the option of prorating my membership refund for 3 weeks.  The "specialist" could not or would not help me with even filing a complaint saying there was absolutely "no one else I could speak to". I called a second time and the "specialist" could only give me an email address to address my concerns. 

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
