TrueCredit Legal And Compliance Department Is Guilty of False and Deceptive Advertising San Luis Obispo California

TrueCredit Advertises (and I paid for):
"Unlimited access to ALL THREE of your credit reports credit reports and credit scores credit scores."
But, then told me that my TrueCredit membership and billing was frozen due to excessive access to my account.

Unlimited means:

ADJECTIVE: 1. Having no restrictions or controls: an unlimited travel ticket. 2. Having or seeming to have no boundaries; infinite: an unlimited horizon. 3. Without qualification or exception; absolute: unlimited self-confidence.
SYLLABICATION: unlimited

I did not do anything even remotely questionable. I monitor my account frequently because their alert system does not automatically send updates for every possible reporting error made by creditors.

It was unreasonable for TrueCredit to freeze my account due to excessive access to my account when they clearly advertise an offering of unlimited access on the main page of their website. I recommended their service to a lot of people throughout the course of the past two years. It is of great concern that they would not meet the description of services that they offer on your their page. It is of even greater concern that they indicated that due to an access pattern which indicates potential fraud or a deliberate intent to tamper with the credit scoring system, my account should not be reinstated

There were been no such attempts. I only used the product in conjunction with the way they advertise their product offering: to monitor my credit closely. How dare they accuse me of doing something wrong when they are guilty of false and deceptive advertising!

It is no wonder that they have already lost one class action suit townessettlement.com/notice.pdf, as I am in the process of organizing another.

For these reasons I recommend that people DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRUECREDIT services.
