This company has a very deceptive website that will lead you to select "free options" with your paid membership.  When you click/select one of these options, this website will automatically begin to process a payment from your account; be it a credit card, or in my case a debit card linked to my personal checking account.  When you select the free option it will give you an option to "accept" or "cancel" - But it does not matter what you select at this point, because the money is already gone from your account! Even if you try to click cancel before the end of the transaction, they still begin to process your order. They admit this is the case if you call them.  You must wait several business days before the authorization drops off your account and the funds become available again.  They do not e mail you with regard to this behavior.  I just found it but looking at my checking online!!!!  .  It makes no difference to them.  Their position regarding this is that "it's not a problem sir" - "you eventually get you money back"  The two representatives I spoke to from "contact us" phone # could not have been any more smug and uncaring.  It sounded like it was a call center outside the US.  Stay away from these people. I will be contacting the Attorney General in my state about these criminals.
