I switched email companies after 7 years and came across TrueSwitch which claims to provide a service that can transfer saved emails to a new account. There is only an email address for contact information, so I specifically asked about transferring saved emails from ATT Yahoo! to Gmail. The rep told me it was possible if I completed my purchase. I paid the 19.95 fee and the TrueSwitch company was not able follow through on its promise. There have not responded to me refund request.

Check out my email question below, and see how they told me two different answers to my question. I was told what I wanted to hear before my purchase, and then told something different after my purchase. I have sent 3 follow up emails about a refund request, and they no longer answer? At this point, I don't care about the 20 bucks...I care that companies are ripping off consumers.

Please be advised that TrueSwitch switches email folders to Earthlink but not Gmail.
