Truman Foreclosure Assistance, LLC THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! Saratoga Springs, Utah

On April 10th 2009 Truman Foreclosure Assistance was paid money to modify our mortgage.  At that time we were not behind on our mortgage payments. they told us that we would basically get the service for free because we would not need to make our house payment because the loan modification would be completed and we could save that money.  We thought about it, and after getting daily calls and emails about the company and saying how much they could help us save money, we decided to go for it.  As soon as the contract was faxed and the money was out of our account the calls and emails stopped.  We could not get a response from anyone.  When we started asking for our money back, someone would call or email us and say that "it takes time" or "we are waiting on the lender".   It is now Aug and we are now in foreclosure on our home because instead of paying our payments, we trusted this company and gave them the money instead.  We are now so far behind we cannot get caught up.  This company has literally ruined our lives!  I am filing a complaint every which way I can so that the same thing does not happen to anyone else.  The name is correct, they will assist you into foreclosure! I have not spoke with anyone from this company since July 17th.  THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT!!!
