This guy is a sick'o also known as wacko Jack'o John Clair.... First of all he sub-leases his house then get people to give him a heafty deposit then he kicks them out a week after they pay there deposit...... he prides and humors himself upon this lifestyle. I live near him and he followed my son home from the bus stop the other day with his dogs as a scare tactic all because my son accidently shot the basketball over the fence... Well guess what jerk....he is as hes 9 years old about the same age your acting! So it looks like an injuction is in order and I agree with everyone elses comments... Hes a total looser with no life and gets his kick out of bothering other people.... And to top it off he claims to be an ex-cop what a discrase to law enforcement..... Get a life!
