It all started when I made an order of $71.41 to Tshirtsville.com Their site posts that they are "currently delivering over 87% of all orders within 10 days, 55% of those within 5 days so you can be sure you will receive them as soon as is humanly possible. However, sometimes some T-shirts can suddenly get very popular and sell out quickly and so may take up to 28 days to deliver." It took them well over a month with no late notices to deliver Half My Order.
Then I complained about there service and they "took that as I refund demand" so they supposibly "refunded my money." NOT! All of the sudden my $71.41 order turned into a $132.89 order! Not only was Customer Services Manager James Clynch rude, but a con-artist as well.
I wanna see that site shut down! Thanks to that site my debit card as been canceled and I'm currently overdrawn!

Tshirtsville is a small independent website. We state that in certain circumstances delivery may take up to 28 days.
We are a UK company and all of our prices are quoted in sterling.
The customer placed an order for some tshirts priced in UK currency of GBP 74. After a week customer began to send emails, complaining about the delivery time. Some of these emails were abusive. We sent part of the order, and the customer became even more abusive, stating that we would be reported for theft.
We decided that the best course of action to prove that we were not out to steal money would be to refund the remainder of the order.
Surely websites like this should get both sides of the argument before posting remarks that are derogatory to businesses.
