Tucker Star Rentals i have been trying to get a hold of the supervisor since june 30 th but have not been able to i have been treated very bad by the employees they told me that they would find me a home with my price range Downey, California

 I applied to Tuckers Star Rentals on June 30th and was told they would help find a house with my price range i asked Vanessa the agent three times prior to giving her the money if i would get my full refund back if nothing was found and she said i would i gave her the money and she gave me properties in which i was lost i called on several times that day and got treated very poorly. the kind and friendly service i recieved prior to giving her the money was no longer there after that. it is now july 10th i have spoken to an isabel, jonathan, and adriana. and still have not recieved any help i asked for a refund and an appt. to speak to the supervisor and i keep getting brushed off it is now 4:32pm nd i have been on the phone on hold waiting for a supervisor for about 18min. and 59seconds
i have never been through something like this and i am asking for help on what to do next. i have been to the office several times with so many promises and nothing has came through. i will never recomend this place to anyone.
