-Went to Tuffy's for brake fluid flush as per my vehicle's routine maintenance requirements.
I even supplied Tuffy's with quality MOTUL brake fluid.
There was no thinking involved on their part and it wasn't even busy that day.

-Not sure if it was intentional; but they forgot to reinsert the brake fluid reservoir cap and strainer.
I did not notice for weeks so now it's a trip to the MB dealer to redo the brake fluid flush and get replacement cap and strainer at full retail price (and yes; inside my reservoir you can see road debris contamination now)

-I only went to Tuffy's because my car is now outside of warranty anyway and won't have to go all the way down to MB dealer for routine maintenance.

HOW HARD IS IT TO TWIST BACK ON A CAP? ... or is it: HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT BE JEALOUS?
