Turbo PC Service Tech

I was having a lot of problems with my laptop and contacted Turbo PC which was a pop up on my internet computer.  It was it would resolves all my proplems so I downloaded it and it would not download, so I called the toll free number that was listed and talked to a technician who said I had to get another company to cleanup my computer as I had too many issues for them to clean up...this was charged at $49.95 and they put me in touch with a company call Technician LP...they charged $149.95 and ran a series of 3-4 hours of troubleshooting and went off line....when I tried to turned on my internet, I had no browsers on desktop....called them (Technician) and told them what happened....they took control of the computer and a couple of hours later, I had a brownser on the desktop (google).   My computer is still slow and don't want to mess with it anymore. and I lost TurboPc as Technician has removed it.
