Turnaround Business Development Group, Inc. presented themselves  as turnaround specialists who know how to help companies with products and/or services that have marketplace demand but are cash strapped and without documented business plans, put the infrastructure in place and fund that infrastructure with a grant for which they have grant writers prepare and follow through to award.  They called immediately upon receipt of my executed agreement, sent by fax and got $3K retainer, which was overnighted to them and cleared my bank on 5/4/2010. My major concern is they have gotten $3K and have totally and completely violated their end of the agreement.  They called on 5/3 and confirmed it was ok to deposit the check and promised to send me a package of information that I needed to fill out so they could begin work on my business plan and website.  I have not heard from them since 5/7/2010 when Richard answered my call and indicated Greg Jett was out on extended leave.  They have not returned any of my calls since. 

I have spoken to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office, by the way Isabelle Camp is no longer in that office, however, the Consumer Protection phone 486-3221 is answered as The Attorney Generals Office and I spoke to Todd who suggested I report the matter to the FBI because of the interstate nature of the transactions.
