Turnkey Internet Solutions Took $8,450 in June, 08 with no return on investment ,shopping mall online Phoenix, Arizona

In June, 08, I purchased this online shopping mall with an advertising package for one year. This costs $8,450. This was to cover a custom web site, with 300,000 visitors, with site to be on first three pages on over 200 search engines; Google & Yahoo were to be the first search engines used.

It took at least five months to get the web site up and running. I had been told it would be up within a few days, no more than two weeks. I should expect my first check in Aug. A check had just gone out to one owner for over $13,000.

The only checks I received were on an order my daughter placed which was recorded. Then I placed an order for about $300 whcih did not get recorded. I had to request the commission for this order. They finally, after several calls, recorded this order and sent my check. The site was complete but not being advertised.

I made multiple calls. It was blamed on me for the additional links I added. The site could easily have run while my other links were being loaded. The site was not advertised until November. I requested a refund from American Express. They investigated. In a 3-way call, we worked things out, or so I thought. They added a video to my site and gave me another 300,000 visitors. They changed the name of the site as well as ad-words. I still can not locate my site without knowing the address. How can anyone else find it?

My counter says I have over 50,000 visitors, but there has not been a single purchase. I don't believe these are actual visitors. This doesn't make sense to me. I have given them another two months and am getting to refile for a refund from American Express. I do believe this is a RipOff.
