TV Boxsets No Merchandise But Paid For It Quebec Internet

I ordered a Quincy Tv Box set over the internet for my husbands birthday. I got confirmation that it was shipped and I would get it between this day and this day. But it never reached me. I emailed and they emailed back saying that there was a shipping delay and I will get it in a week or two. Nothing came.

So I thought I would investigate and I found this website and read some simular issue with this company. There was a response to one of them and it says to email this person to investigate the problem. So I did and he said he would look into it.

Well I didnt hear from him after that. I emailed and said I will give you a week to find out what went on with my order and then if nothing is resolved then I want my mastercard refunded. I received an email and he said he would look into it. Well its been 3 weeks now. So I doubt I will get any response.

I order this on July 16 and now its september. I'm very disapointed because my husband was very excited about this and now we are out 100 + dollars and no merchandise. Happy Birthday Hunny.
