TV Superstores "Upsell" scam New York Internet

I ordered a Sony 75" TV, model # XBR75X850C via their web site tvsuperstores.com. After a couple of days I got a call saying that in order to execute that order I needed to sign a warranty waiver as they claimed this product was out of warranty. They then said that I should get the next year's model Sony XBR75X850D but according to them it would cost me an extra $1,000/TV because the model they are selling "have the LCD panel made in Mexico in stead of Asia", which after research proved to be totally BS.

As I had already waited several days to try to get this order confirmed i OK:ed it by phone but before delivered I emailed them back and said that they had charged me too much after I did some internet reserach and all other sellers and even Sony themself had the MSRP at $1000 less than TVSuperstores sold it for.

I asked them to come pick the TVs up and credit my credit card but they never responded to that request so I had to install the TVs as we did not have any others and I did not want to risk having four TVs and not getting credit for the TVs from TVSuperstores.

Hopefully someone reads this before ordering from TVSuperstores.com and refrain from doing business with them as they seem to be a total scam.
