Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Co. abused & mistreated me, they ignore the fact that they ruined my belongings truly this business doesnt give a dam Hamilton Ontario

This business says it strives to be number one with its customers, according to the website I visited. I can only say this now about this business, talk is cheap.

On November 12,2002 at 9:00am I had a scheduled move with these crooks. I admit the workers showed up on time and worked fast, my hat goes off to them and I provided a generous tip. I pointed out to the workers that my brand new Decorest sofa had a small rip on the arm, I then asked the movers to acknowledge the damage and put it in writing on the invoice, they did.

I tried on numerous occasions to contact management for this business but was steadily brushed off. I began to feel that I was being ignored after about three weeks of waiting for a phone call, so I wrote them a letter that I got no response to. I now will be initializing a small claims case for the repair of my furniture.

As a consumer today I find it hard to believe that these business operate so fraudulently and dishonestly. I have lost all faith in the term the customer is always right. Seems today businesses simply dont give a d**n about the customer or the service they provide. In general I am very disappointed that this damage was not addressed professionally and promptly, as I dealt with them. I promptly paid my deposit as they requested and I promptly paid my balance and provided a tip for their hard working workers. The most disheartening aspect of this entire
situation is the fact that these crooks have insurance to cover these type of incidents.

In the end I am stuck with a damaged five month old sofa that I worked very hard to buy, I used my entire vacation pay from work to buy this sofa set, in a dollar value the set of two pieces was over 1800,00 dollars. This was the first new furniture I have ever owned and was very proud of it.
