Palisade Collection Agency investigation Fox6 news investigative reporter John Mattes exposes Palisade like others exposed on Rip-off Report that sends out collection notices for alleged nonexistent bills threatening to ruin your credit. TxCollect, Inc. dba CTI sent me a letter stating that their client, Palisade Collection, LLC has placed my account in their office for collection in the amount of $217.16.

I called the number on the letter and asked what this is about. The lady I talked to said it is a debt from December 1995 to ATT Wireless and that I owe ATT Wireless this money and never paid them. I told her I do not owe this money and never did owe this money and that this is fraud and she was very very rude. I told her I need more detail and she said she has no more detail.

I am now worried they are going to put this on my credit report. What can I do? I'm willing to file a Class Action Suit as it seems a lot of people are upset with this Company.

This fraud needs to be stopped!!!!
