I am writing to warn small businesses to be ware of a Credit Card proccessing company who talks you into leasing equipment that is non compatable with your exhisting equipment & the lease company that refuses to charge them back the lease amount leaving you with a large bill $3,000.00 (for a pin pad) and faulty equipment or worse yet NO equipment because you return it as directed by the lease company.
This happend to our Business. We have been fighting since September, We turned it over to the Washingtoon State Attorney Generals office. So far no luck. The Lease company has only returned 1 call out of dozens of calls, they feel that the processing company did nothing wrong. I feel that what they did is fraud and that by not charging back the processor is encouraging such practice! The companies in question are. Certified Merchant Services from Plano Texas & Lease finance group part of Tyco Capitol from Chigago Illinois...
