Tyrone Holmes Ty Mac- Samuel's Temple Church in New York $800 Unpaid Balance Due For Services New York New York

I was hired by Tyron Holmes of Samuel's Temple Church on November 29th 1014 to help with his fundraising efforts for his church. I was hired to manage a social media campaign and assist with media publicity efforts in the form of press releases and communication with media outlets.

Our written agreement stated that I would work for a period of 2 weeks with a bonus of $400 per media placement if I could get the information placed on any website, blog, television station or radio station. The agreement stated that the bonus payment should be paid within 2 weeks of each placement. He agreed and paid my fee to begin services.

During the two weeks I wrote a press release that was placed on 2 websites. I billed for the $800, 2 days after they were placed, December 8th. I sent a reminder on December 15th, 2014 and December 19th, 2014. I have called and left a message on December 19th as well.

No responses. No calls back. No acknowledgement at all.

I would like to go on record as stating that this bill is still unpaid.
